Vermonta Group DOO, PIB 03802965, with headquarters at Bulevar 21. maj 64, Podgorica, processes the data required for using the website www.vermonta.me, purchasing and providing our services. Depending on how the site is used, we may collect name and surname, address, city, postal code, country, email address, phone number, user account and order data, as well as legal entity data and TIN when the company makes a purchase.
When using the site, technical data may be processed, such as IP address, data about the device and internet browser, data about the use of the site, cookies and identifiers used for security, site functioning, analytics and advertising.
Vermont does not store complete payment card information. Card payments are processed by the authorized payment service provider Monri, in accordance with its security and regulatory obligations.
How do we collect and use data?
We collect data when the user directly submits it when registering an account, making a purchase, signing up for the newsletter, sending a contact form or other communication with Vermont. Contact forms deliver data to our team via email, and data can also be stored on the server for query processing, records and security. Customer and business user data can also be processed in internal CRM and ERP systems developed and managed by Vermont in its own IT environment. We use data to process and confirm orders, maintain user accounts, communicate with customers, issue and record business documentation, provide support, resolve complaints, system security, fulfill legal obligations and, when there is an appropriate legal basis, for analytics and marketing. Data is processed only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.

The data required for delivery is processed within Vermont and is not passed on to an external courier service as part of our standard delivery.

We store personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. within the deadlines arising from tax, accounting, contractual and other legal obligations. User account data is stored as long as the account is active or as long as there is a justified legal basis for their further storage. Marketing data is processed until consent is withdrawn or unsubscribed, when processing is based on consent.
